Being given a peak into someone’s heart is such a special privilege. Earning that trust and vulnerability requires a genuine care for people and empathy for their journeys and It was an honour for our team of women to be able to cultivate those relationships for the second year in a row during Super Bowl Week thanks to @LauraOkmin. We are so pleased to introduce you to a handful of those kind hearts in this sample of conversations our Twins Amanda and Brittany hosted on Radio Row.

In the spirit of Las Vegas, our GALvanizers spent Super Bowl LVIII Week with a deck of cards in hand, asking people to, “Pick a Card.” Only these cards were different — 52 vulnerability cards with 52 GALvanize questions to make people think and feel. While we spent the week asking folks to choose a card, we think you’ll agree that the cards chose the people. SB LVIII — That’s a wrap! ✨🏈 Simultaneously the longest and shortest week of the football season, the GALvanize team gave EVERYTHING we could to the Super Bowl and we are remembering this meaningful week of conversations with so much gratitude. Our conversations, energy and impact were different because a GALvanize interviewer leads with genuine compassion, enthusiasm and interest in WHO not DO. That is our superpower, GALvanize, and it was so special to show Super Bowl Week the impact of our interviews.
